Bring structure to the path from inquiry to estimate.

Through a hands-on pilot, Qonvero maps and configures a controlled workflow for responding to new inquiries, collecting move details, applying your estimating rules, routing uncertain jobs for human review, and following up toward a booking decision.

Lead response and estimating for moving companies.

The workflow is only as strong as its handoffs.

When response, intake, estimating decisions, and follow-up happen across different people and tools, an otherwise valuable inquiry can slow down, lose context, or reach the wrong next step.

  • Slow initial response
  • Missing move details
  • Repetitive qualification
  • Inconsistent estimating processes
  • Follow-up needing manual attention
  • Uncertain jobs entering the wrong path

Control belongs at the decision point.

Your pricing rules remain the authority. Qonvero helps operationalize them and routes cases outside the approved path to your team.

Estimate prepared through the approved workflow

Ready for the mover's approval and issuance process.

Routed to human review

Collected context stays with the case for staff review.
Both paths may continue toward follow-up and a booking-ready handoff.
A case follows the approved path only when it fits the defined workflow, required information is present, pricing rules apply cleanly, agreed confidence criteria are met, and applicable business or operating requirements permit that path.

Included in the pilot boundary Response, structured intake, qualification, estimating logic, decision routing, follow-up, and a booking-ready handoff.

Outside the pilot boundary Dispatch, route planning, crew management, move fulfillment, payment processing, accounting, and any guaranteed booking.

Each mover remains responsible for its estimating requirements. Pilot workflows are configured around the mover's process and applicable operating requirements.

Start supervised. Expand on evidence.

A pilot aims to leave the mover with a functioning workflow tested against its process and able to handle an agreed subset of inbound inquiries safely. Unusual or complex cases may remain human-only.

  1. 01

    Map

Understand intake, estimating rules, tools, and handoffs.

  2. 02

    Calibrate

Configure the workflow using pricing knowledge and historical jobs where available.

  3. 03

    Validate

Test known cases and define eligibility and confidence thresholds.

  4. 04

    Supervise

Begin with staff approval or shadow-mode use.

  5. 05

    Expand

Expand automation only after agreed validation criteria are met.

Designed for moving teams with a process worth calibrating.

The pilot is best suited to established residential movers that receive a meaningful flow of inbound inquiries, have repeatable pricing knowledge, can participate in review and calibration, and have capacity for additional work.

Historical estimates and completed jobs are valuable where available. The starting point is a clear explanation of how your team makes estimating decisions today.

Discuss a pilot

Questions before a pilot conversation.

Does Qonvero automatically estimate every move?

No. Each pilot defines which cases fall within the mover's approved workflow. Missing, unusual, or ineligible cases are routed to staff, and the mover controls which cases may proceed through the approved estimating workflow.

How does Qonvero use our pricing rules?

The pilot maps your current estimating process, configures your pricing logic, and calibrates the workflow against known jobs where available. Your rules—not a free-form AI decision—remain the authority.

What happens with unusual or low-confidence jobs?

Qonvero preserves the information already collected and routes the case to your team instead of forcing it through an automated estimate path.

Will Qonvero replace our current CRM or moving software?

No. The pilot starts with your existing process and tools. Any connections are scoped and verified during implementation rather than assumed in advance.

What does the pilot involve?

The pilot maps your workflow, configures and calibrates the system, validates it against controlled cases, and begins with staff supervision before any agreed expansion.

What information or historical data do we need?

A clear explanation of your estimating process and pricing knowledge is the starting point. Historical estimates and completed jobs are valuable where available, but the appropriate data is determined during pilot scoping.

How is customer and pricing data handled?

Before implementation, Qonvero and the mover define what data is needed, how it may be accessed, how long it is retained, what the workflow may do, and where human approval remains required. Sensitive records should not be submitted through the public website.
